Mainspring Career Coaching, LLC. was developed to help people discover what truly motivates them and proactively build a career around those traits.

After personally experiencing the uncertainty that is a harsh reality in today's workforce, I decided to start a career coaching business to help empower young professionals to take charge of their careers and enjoy career satisfaction on their own terms.

I have over 10 years experience in corporate Human Resources and Marketing roles and hold a BS in Human Resources and a MBA from The Ohio State University. I have completed Career Coaching classes and achieved my Associate Certified Career Coach certification through Career Coach Institute, the world's leading trainer of career coaches.

Helping people realize their potential and their ability to create any result they put their mind to is the essence of my life's purpose. Career coaching is one way I express that purpose. I also volunteer as a Company Advisor at Ohio Business Week (www.ohiobusinessweek.org) and am active in the Young Profession@ls Exchange of the National Kidney Foundation of Ohio, Inc. (www.nkfohio.org).
